JK body parts in this lookup are the front power-window regulators. The driver side is 68014949AA. The passenger side is 68014948AA. They are not the same part. The usual failure is the cable or a pulley, not the switch: the glass drops into the door, cocks in the track, or grinds while the motor still runs.

The motor can be fine. Dorman lists a regulator-and-motor assembly for the driver side, 748-912, and a regulator-only cross for the passenger side, 749-913. Read the part page so you do not buy a motor you do not need, or a regulator that leaves a bad motor in the door.

Rear regulators, latches, and hinges are not listed. If the glass is slow on both fronts, check the switch and the wiring before you buy two regulators.

Each row links to the child part page for that SKU: the current Mopar number, what it supersedes, aftermarket cross-references, failure symptoms, and whether to rebuild or replace. Every number on those pages cites a source.

When to replace

Replace the regulator on the side that drops, binds, or grinds. If the motor is silent and the switch does nothing on that door only, test the switch and the connector before you buy the regulator. Support the glass before you unbolt anything. A loose pane drops into the door and chips.

Safety

The glass is the hazard. Wear gloves, support the pane, and do not leave a door with an unsupported window. Power-window motors can pinch. Pull the window fuse or disconnect the battery before your hands are in the track. If the door harness is melted or the motor is hot to the touch, stop and find the short instead of bolting in another regulator.
